Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, we don't do refunds anymore due to the reason that some items aren't being returned prior to providing refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for any items in your order given that the item is still in stock, please contact us at G271store@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges:

Please feel free to contact us at G271Store@gmail.com to make any changes to your order so long it is during the processing stage. Unfortunately, the package and shipped orders cannot be changed.

We only do exchanges. A 7 days time frame would be provided right after receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at g271store@gmail.com Sale items (if applicable).

* If the item is sent to the wrong address at the fault of the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the item is sent to the wrong address at fault of Gorgeous271 we will cover all the shipping costs to re-ship the item.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your item upon reception at G271store@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Missing Parcel:

 

Please note that Gorgeous271.com cannot be held responsible for the parcel missing by the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company for further information.
